Happenings: Vintage Rolex Forum x Fourtané Get-Together During Monterey Car Week

While it's not, strictly speaking, a watch event, one of the dates you'll always find marked on calendars here at HODINKEE HQ is Monterey Car Week (probably best known for the flagship event, the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance). The annual event brings together the very best of the automotive world on a beautiful stretch of California coastline – I mean, what's not to like about that?

Over the last number of years though, an event for the horologically-inclined has been added to the other Car Week festivities: the Vintage Rolex Forum x Fourtané Get-Together. This year's meet-up will take place on Saturday, August 25, from 6:00-9:00 PM at Fourtané Estate Jewelers in Carmel (Ocean Avenue at the Pine Inn, Carmel-by-the-Sea, to be exact). You're bound to see some incredible watches (both on wrists and in display cases), and there will be great people and some cocktails there too.
